What is your refund policy?

Our visa and green card petition service comes with a refund policy between 50 and 100% depending on your visa type, to ensure incentive alignment and signal confidence in your case.
All refund or credit requests must be made in accordance to our service agreement
We process refund requests within 30 business days of receiving all required information.
Requests that fall outside of these policies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Beyond Border’s sole discretion:
  • Any money paid to the U.S. government or other governments (for example: USCIS filing fees, visa fees, biometrics fees, premium processing fees).
  • Any money paid to third parties (for example: translators, credential evaluators, couriers).
  • Refunds, where approved, will always apply only to the professional fees paid to Beyond Border for the service in question.
  • If you receive a Request for Evidence (RFE) or other notice from USCIS, Beyond Border will help you prepare and submit an RFE response at no additional Beyond Border professional fee for that petition.*
  • This guarantee applies only to RFEs that are reasonably linked to Beyond Border’s work product (for example, missing forms, miscategorized evidence, or clear drafting errors), and not to RFEs related to your underlying qualifications, changing facts, or new issues raised by USCIS outside our control.
